The DFM Outdoor Market is wrapping things up for the season. This Saturday, October 20th will be our last for the year. But, don't you worry....because the Indoor Market starts November 3rd! That's right, there will be an Indoor Market the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. Garden Girl Soaps will only be at the Dundee Farmers Market Indoor Market on the 1st Saturday of each month.  About the Garden Girl....
Until recently I have been handcrafting soaps only as a hobby. Several years ago I was attending a local festival and watched an "old-fashioned" soapmaking demonstration and was intrigued by not only the process of soapmaking, but also the idea of being able to control what was going into the product that my family would be using on their skin. One of my other loves is gardening, so I like to use my own herbs and botanicals in my recipes as much as possible. Over time, my "hobby" has grown out of control and "Garden Girl Soaps" was born!
